Does Masturbation affect Muscle Growth? Short Answer is “NO”, but this doesn’t mean you start fapping because long answer is different.

If you have higher level of Testosterone then you get more urge to masturbate, higher Testosterone means more sex drive and lower Testosterone means lower sex drive.

It’s very common myth and misunderstanding that so called coaches tell you when you first reach them to train you that “You have to control your sex Life” or “You have to stop masturbating” if you want to increase muscle size.

Refraining from masturbation or sexual activity for about seven days before a workout may help you build muscle somewhat faster. More research is needed to better understand this connection.

Infact after 30 or 60 minutes of masturbating your testosterone level increases its just how your body is build, because of natural function of recovery in the body your body tends to increase testosterone level to recover loss of sperms that you just ejaculated.

Excess of everything is bad.
